To you, it seems like this city just gets worse with every year. The street rips go nowhere, and City Hall is keeping pressure on the brass not to look into some shit too closely. The heroin is technically outside your wheelhouse, but the gangs drop bodies and that means more work for you. Work that just keeps coming and then goes nowhere. Latest call is different, though – looks like a suicide, but someone carved ‘WHAT HAS RISEN MAY FALL. WHAT HAS FALLEN MAY RISE’ into his back. So a cult, now? This is Baltimore; the gods will not save you.
