Sam Martin was friendly, helpful, liked by the people who work in his department and didn’t seem to have an enemy in the world. So imagine the surprise when his daughter was kidnapped by a bunch of hippies from Night City!!! He came from his office at Zetatech in San Francisco to get her back and who could refuse to help this paragon of virtue? How hard could it be to save her from a group of Peace and Love man junkies probably so high they don’t even remember she was there? Seemed a pity to have to ask for payment …
What was that they said about the survival rate of plans? So … the team has arrived at the Hawks’ Nest where the dastardly villain has taken the fair maiden ... except it seems Mirimar hasn’t been kidnapped – more sort of escaped. The evil punk who “kidnapped” her is her boyfriend. The Hawks seem pretty laid back and Raven has disappeared off to the room of one of their dancers to compare … notes. Manni and Dusty have impressed so much with their guitar playing they are booked to perform tomorrow night. The rest of the rescuers are enjoying the hospitality in the recording lounge. Does anyone remember the mission? You took the man’s money and he is expecting his “daughter” back tomorrow.

Had enough of narrative/plot driven RPGs?. Seen enough of those games where it doesn’t matter whether you take the Left or Right path – you end up in the same place? You need “It’s a bit like Cyberpunk”. From the team that brought you “Bring her on back…Bring my girl back to me…” we have the game where the GM has not just lost the Plot – he is only vaguely aware that there may ever have been a plot. So throw caution to the winds and let the good times rock on. Take the path less travelled … or any other path more or less. Who knows where they may lead? Certainly not the GM … “I thought this was a rescue mission”, “Isn’t this supposed to be Cyberpunk?” , “What do you mean I can’t borrow a Railgun?”, “Is the bar open?” These are just some of the rave reviews …
